The joint staff training about “Sensory Analysis of Bread” was conducted, within the context of the project, in Tallinn/Estonia in the facilities of “Center of Food and Fermentation Techniques (TFTAK) between December 3-7, 2018. The training, was performed both technically and practically by using the sensory analysis room of TFTAK and all steps of sensory analysis were included. 8 staff in total, 2 from each BESAŞ, CRIFFC, GDAR and Bursa Provincial Directorate, attended the training and took their certificates.
